Information we may collect from you

How long we will keep your information

We keep information in line with the GDPR policy. For example, if you are an ATUNA website member, we will normally keep data for one year from the end of our relationship. We retain information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or for our legitimate purposes, such as responding to enquiries, and may sometimes need to keep it for a longer period; if we do not need to retain it for that long, we may delete, destroy or anonymize it sooner.

 

Transferring your information overseas

When we do this, we will ensure it has an appropriate level of protection and that the transfer is lawful.
