Anfaco Tuna Awards Registration Open For Innovations

Companies and organizations rethinking the future of tuna innovations will be honored at Anfaco-Cecopesca’s third edition of the Tuna Awards. The accolades will be given to those working on a cutting-edge product, smart technology solution, or circular economy initiative within the tuna sector. The award in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food has three categories. ‘New Products’ for tuna products that change the market value proposition and ‘Circular Economy’ for developments that maximize resource efficiency, reuse, and synergy. The third one’Revolution 4.0′ for digital and technical solutions transforming the tuna value chain from AI-driven traceability to automation, data integration, or smart logistics.

Interested parties have until June 30, 2025 to submit their projects for the Tuna Awards. The winner in each category will be awarded in a ceremony on September 10 in Vigo, Spain, a day before the 12th Anfaco World Tuna Conference taking place on September 11 and 12 also in the same city. Besides a trophy and global recognition on the Conference media channels, the winners get the opportunity to attend the two-day event to network.
