Century Tuna’s Superbod Life Community Encourages Daily Lifestyle Chances

The Philippines tuna brand Century Tuna launched the Superbod Life Community on social media to encourage people to live a healthier life. It is an expansion of Superbod, a popular health, fitness, and lifestyle competition hosted by the brand, into real-world fitness as part of the 20th anniversary of its legacy. This year, the Superbod Era Challenge ran from April 5 to May 19. With the new community, the tuna brand is sending the message that you do not have to strive for perfection of your body, but should make healthy choices every day. Actress and singer Atasha Muhlach, Century Tuna brand ambassador, and actor Emilio Daez, Super Bowl ambassador, are the faces of the movement.

The Superbod Life Community is built around three pillars: Move Super, Fuel Super, and Live Super. Members gain access to workouts, fitness advice, and community events like the Superbod Era Strava Challenge this week, in which 58,000 people participated. To support healthy eating, Century Tuna offers protein-rich tuna products such as its ready-to-eat Super Bowl, and members get dietary guidelines. Small, daily choices and the support of the community help members to make meaningful changes.
