By subscribing to this website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use:

Individual Subscriptions

Access to the Atuna.com website through an individual account is for your personal use only. Sharing of accounts, user names, and/or passwords is strictly prohibited.

Users are not permitted to reproduce or distribute any Atuna.com content in any form.

Subscription Rates & Payment

By purchasing an annual subscription to Atuna.com, you agree to a payment for one full year of service.

After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then-current annual subscription rate using the same credit card or your other payment method.

We will notify you 5 days before the renewal fee is billed.

If your account payment is more than 30 days past due, you will be liable for any recovery fees.

Subscription to Atuna.com can be fulfilled in USD or Euro. Payment may be processed by bank transfer or credit card.

As a subscriber, you agree to receive emails from Atuna b.v.. A daily newsletter is included in your subscription and will be sent to the same email address you used to subscribe to Atuna.com.


New subscription

New subscription fees are non-refundable.

You may inform us of your intention to cancel your subscription at any time before the next annual billing cycle. Please note that your received notice will only become effective at the end of your annual subscription period. Your access to Atuna.com will continue for the remainder of the current annual period.

The fees paid for a renewed subscription are refundable.

You may inform us of your intention to cancel your subscription renewal within 15 (calendar) days after the renewal date. Only during this period will cancellation and refund apply. You will then receive a full refund minus 10% administration costs and bank fees. Cancellation notices received after 15 (calendar) days from the renewal date will not be taken into consideration, and your subscription will continue until the end of your current annual billing period.

Corporate subscriptions

Atuna.com website offers corporate subscriptions for multiple users at a discount rate per user. Please contact support@atuna.com for more information.


Customer information collected by Atuna.com, such as names, address details, and other personal data, is stored in secured subscription systems in order to provide you with a personalized and valuable service. After contract termination, subscriber details may be saved for marketing purposes, however, details will be deleted upon request. Atuna b.v. will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulations.
